At Bring on the Joy Yoga, (16521 W Bellfort Suite B Sugar Land, TX 77498 - inside Effort Basketball Gym) I believe yoga is more than movement — it’s a pathway to calm, strength, and the joy already within you. Life can feel overwhelming and stressful, but stepping onto your mat offers a pause — a chance to breathe, reset, and reconnect.
My classes are designed to be accessible for every body and every level, blending mindful movement with moments of stillness so you leave feeling grounded, strong, and renewed. Beyond the physical practice, yoga opens the door to deeper self-awareness — which is where my joy coaching can also support you. Whether through movement on the mat or mindset shifts off of it, my goal is to help you build resilience, find balance, and live with more ease and joy.
Here, you don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or anything other than yourself. Just show up, move, breathe, and allow space for transformation. Classes taught by 200 hour certified yoga instructor.
MEET EMILY
Hi, I'm Emily Ojobaro—a certified yoga instructor, retreat host, and the founder of Bring On The Joy Yoga and co-founder of Ember Rose Retreats.
My passion is helping people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover more balance, joy, and ease in everyday life.
Like many of us, I spent years caught in the constant cycle of doing more. While raising three incredible daughters and helping build a successful business, I found myself overwhelmed, exhausted, and wondering where I had gone. I wasn't looking for perfection—I was simply longing to feel like myself again.
That journey led me to yoga.
What began as a way to manage stress became something much deeper. Yoga taught me how to be present, breathe through life's challenges, quiet the constant mental noise, and create space for joy to return. It wasn't about escaping life—it was about learning how to live it more fully.
Today, I share that experience with others through welcoming yoga classes and thoughtfully curated retreats. Whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time, joining us for a weekend retreat, or gathering around a table for one of our signature experiences, my hope is always the same: that you leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more like yourself.
