Where are you located?

We’re inside Effort Basketball Gym at 16521 West Bellfort Suite B Sugar Lnd, TX 77498. When you arrive, just come through the door with the YOGA sign and you’ll see us set up for class.

What should I bring to class?

Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and a water bottle to stay comfortable and hydrated.

What if I don't have a yoga mat?

No worries! We have a few mats available for you to borrow. Just let us know when you arrive.

Which class is right for me?

All of our classes are all-level friendly. Your teacher will offer modifications and props to support you, whether you’re brand-new to yoga or have an established practice. The most important thing is to listen to your body and take care of yourself throughout class. Class descriptions are available in the 'Explore Classes' tab.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before class so you can get settled, roll out your mat, and grab any props you’d like to use.

How much does each class cost?

Classes are $15 each, but we’re currently offering an introductory price of $30 for 3 classes to welcome new students. Don’t miss this limited-time offer!

Do you offer class packages or memberships?

Yes! Unlimited monthly membership $60.

Where do I park?

You’re welcome to park right in front of Effort Basketball Gym or in any open space along the lot that lines up with West Bellfort. Parking is free and easy.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely — leggings, shorts, or joggers with a t-shirt or tank top all work great. Yoga is practiced barefoot, so no special shoes are needed.

Do I need yoga experience?

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels. Beginners are always welcome, and modifications are offered to meet you where you are in your practice.
